We provide full line of service including; maintenance, repair, new installation and second opinions.
Maintenance
We offer yearly maintenance for spring and fall seasons. However, we don't require you to sign a contract for us to be invited into your home. All you need to do is shoot us an e mail at: aclady@att.net us to be placed in our yearly service maintenance data base. we will send you reminders, when it is time for your annual service. Don't get locked into another companies "maintenance contract" that provides maintenance, but then tries to sell you something every time they show up at your door. Give us a try!!
New instalLation
When you find it is time to replace your existing HVAC system, we offer competitive pricing, with no high pressure sales tactics. Actually, we encourage you to shop around. In our industry today it is imperative that you do your due diligence when shopping for a new Ac and Heating system. Ask a lot of questions, and be well informed before making such a large purchase. We try and make this process as simple and stress free as it can be. Along with new system installations, we also offer extended labor warranties, as well as financing. Give us a call, there is never a charge for us to have a conversation about your Heating, Cooling and Ventilation System.
RepaiR & Service
With A/C Lady you can rest assured our first thought when we visit your home is "let's get this thing running"- no matter how old the system is. Sometimes the older systems just need a little encouragement to keep them going one more season. We don't pay our service techs commission, we choose other incentive programs to reward them, as they display integrity and honesty while serving our customers. So, I can guarantee you, they are not going to try and sell you something you don't need.
2nd Opinions
Have you been told you a facing a repair bill of thousands of dollars? We offer free second opinions. I know it might be really hot in your home, but sometimes a night at the hotel or with family and friends can save you years of regret, by being pressured into making a decision right there on the spot. If nothing else, give me a call with the details, and most times, I can pretty much tell you over the phone if you are being taken advantage of.
